Landlord MEES epIMS Premium Report

This service includes a full energy survey, EPC and premium epIMS report. The report includes a detailed breakdown of your property, unbiased advice on achieving energy compliance, cost and disruption information, plus a unique 'toolbox' with information on grants available, how and where to source contractor quotes and a selection of other information on reducing energy bills, CO2 emissions and increasing your property's value.

Heat Loss Assessment (for heat pump install)
Considering a BUS grant and installing a heat pump? Calculating the total heat load of a building is an essential process in designing and sizing this kind of heating system effectively. We will survey your property, work on our calculations and issue a comprehensive, printable, heat loss report in accordance with BS EN 12831-1:2017.
