What's included? We arrange a suitable time to visit your property, carry out the survey and email an EPC e-certificate and Home Energy Report within 24hrs (dependent on work schedule).
Landlord MEES epIMS Premium Report
Discover the cheapest way to get your property or portfolio to the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (MEES) 'C' rating by 2030. This service includes a full energy survey, EPC and premium epIMS report. The report includes a detailed breakdown of your property, unbiased advice on achieving energy compliance, cost and disruption information, plus a unique 'toolbox' with information on grants available, how and where to source contractor quotes and a selection of other information on reducing energy bills, CO2 emissions and increasing your property's value.
Heat Loss Assessment (for heat pump install)
Considering a BUS grant and installing a heat pump? Calculating the total heat load of a building is an essential process in designing and sizing this kind of heating system effectively. We will survey your property, work on our calculations and issue a comprehensive, printable, heat loss report in accordance with BS EN 12831-1:2017.
This can be shared with your chosen installer so they can design and price accordingly.
